Guildford - the only town in Western Australia included in the State Register of Heritage Places and you can see why when you visit.
Recently, during a trip to the area I ended up in conversation with the owners of The Stirling Arms Hotel. The Stirling Arms Hotel is the oldest continually licensed hotel in Guildford and much like the town itself, it’s proud of its history. The owners Jesse & Dave were after a pennant they could offer to patrons looking for a keepsake/something to take home to remind them of their time spent at the hotel. For the design - the hotel uses heritage colours as part of their branding so it made sense to do the same for the pennant. The main design is an off white/beige and the flag itself is dark burgundy/wine. With Guildford being the home of the hotel and such an iconic place in its own right we decided to do a double sided design that could be rotated depending on the preference.

I made 20 pennants for the team at The Stirling Arms Hotel (each numbered accordingly). These are available exclusively through the hotels merch store. This may be the only 20 I ever make for the hotel but who ever ends up with them, well hopefully they’ll last a lifetime. Who knows, I may just end up making more.
